When someone uploads a video, Pinterest keeps it in a few sizes, but never bigger than the upload. PinsVid fetches the original file. If the creator uploaded in 1080p, you get 1080p. If they uploaded in 720p, 720p is the best copy that exists, and no tool can honestly give you more.
